Weekly folder index

This folder contains Week 00 setup and Weeks 01–40 execution. Read the programme map and model instructions, then select the current week. Each weekly folder contains its own specs.md, commitment.md, evidence.md and review.md. Generated work belongs in the selected weekly folder or canonical project repository as specified; do not execute all weeks at once.
