It searches your 41 weeks, the master plan and every resource card, then answers from what it finds — citing the week and the file. It never invents a paper, a link or a week number.

What you have asked before
What is a gate and which weeks have one? 2026-09-20 07:31
Gate weeks from the titles list:
- week 04 · L1 public and reproducible: the release with the DOI
- week 08 · technical report and L2: the report on Zenodo
- week 13 · FermLit v0.5 public: the HF dataset
- week 16 · Paper 1 on bioRxiv (a biology preprint site for papers before peer review): the submission
- week 20 · Paper 2 on arXiv (a preprint site for technical papers), endorsed: the submission
- week 24 · co-authorship agreed: the partner's written yes
- week 28 · first Loop Audit sold: the proposal sent / first invoice, called Money 1 in LABLOOP-Master-Plan-v6.md
- week 32 · Paper 3 preprint: the submission
- week 36 · journal + JOSS (a journal for open-source software): submissions logged, per LABLOOP-Master-Plan-v6.md
- week 40 · retro and decision: the decision memo
execution-plan/README.md also maps week 04 to Public and reproducible and week 08 to Technical report.
