Prepared and checked on 2026-09-12.

• Week numbering covers 00 through 40 with no gaps or duplicates.
• Every weekly folder contains specs.md, commitment.md, evidence.md and review.md.
• Every specification includes dependencies, daily time blocks, learning requirements, exact artifact filenames, branding/opportunity work, acceptance checks, recovery minimum, model prompt and the original v5 weekly brief.
• Relative Markdown links were checked against the local filesystem.
• Publication CSV has six planned records and a consistent 14-column schema; all entries begin NOT_STARTED.
• Week 19 hiring and Week 29 recovery content received a manual spot check. Half 2 minimum actions were reviewed and made concrete.
• Original source files remain unchanged; all created files are inside execution-plan.

This validates the planning scaffold, not scientific outcomes, current job openings, course completion, data download availability, publication eligibility at execution time or commercial demand. Resource checks and unresolved source links are documented in SOURCES.md. Start dates and Peter's weekly commitments are intentionally unconfirmed.
