# Notebook preparation validation — 2026-09-23

This validates the added study materials and their integration. It does not mark any learning week, experiment, publication or commercial gate complete.

- Coverage: 41 authored notebooks, one for every Week 00–40; 11 main sections per notebook; three week-specific challenge runbooks naming the original artifacts.
- Export: 41 complete UTF-8 TXT copies, a SHA-256 manifest, and a ZIP containing the 41 weekly files plus import instructions. `export_notebooks.py --check` confirms exact source/export/archive agreement and archive integrity.
- Navigation: all local Markdown destinations in the new notebooks, index and source-check log resolve to existing files.
- App integration: 167 successful Flask test-client GET checks covering all weekly pages, notebook readers, TXT downloads and named stashes, plus the dashboard, notebook index and ZIP download.
- Resource rendering: all 41 Markdown resource tables render with the expected number of existing cards; every weekly stash contains the matching card IDs. There are 454 existing resource cards across the programme.
- Capacity: all 41 original seven-day tables still total 600 minutes. Added reading/visual preparation is explicitly inside the existing blocks.
- Preservation: removing only the new navigation line from each weekly specification reproduces its original body exactly. Existing commitment, evidence, review, study-note, materials, tracker and cockpit files retain their pre-change hashes. Existing completed cards, wins, skipped items, focus history and pre-existing stash entries are preserved; weekly resource stashes are additive.
- Teaching check: the Week 01 standard-Python integral example executes and verifies 2 liters added to an initial 5 liters, giving 7 liters. Other numerical examples are labeled teaching/synthetic, not programme measurements.
- Repository checks: `git diff --check` passed. `graphify update .` completed the requested code-graph refresh and backed up the prior curated graph; this is not a claim of a new semantic review of all documents.

External source checking is deliberately scoped in [source-checks.md](./source-checks.md). The resource catalog includes inherited links and clearly labeled searches; this validation does not certify universal external availability, dataset rights, current venue eligibility or future experimental outcomes.

Recheck exports after editing the authored Markdown:

```bash
python3 execution-plan/notebooks/export_notebooks.py
python3 execution-plan/notebooks/export_notebooks.py --check
```
